THE BEST WAY TO HANDLE THESE SALES
ESTATES – An Auction allows you to get the maximum
market value from your merchandise. Unlike an “Estate Sale”
or “Garage Sale” the buyers will decide the highest price
which is often more than you expect. “Estate Sales” and
“Garage Sales” tend to end up with merchandise left at the
end which has to be given away or disposed of somehow. The
Auction converts all of the merchandise into money and
usually can be completed in few hours instead of days. When
pricing items for an “Estate Sale” or “Garage Sale” it is
easy to over or under price an item which means it will not
sell or will be sold for less than market value. The Auction
allows the public to determine the value and most Auctions
net the owners/sellers more than they expect to receive.
BUSINESS LIQUIDATIONS – Sometimes it is necessary to
liquidate the assets of a business or to downsize the
merchandise or equipment inventory. The Auction is the
quickest and surest way of handling this situation, properly
advertised Auctions will normally yield the business owner
or lender the maximum amount of return for their
merchandise.
FARM EQUIPMENT / LIVE STOCK – The agriculture industry
has been using the Auction method of selling equipment and
livestock for years. Millions of head of cattle have been
